| Sumário : | I - Há abuso dos poderes de representação se, tendo sido conferidos poderes para venda, o procurador realiza um contrato-promessa de compra e venda da mesma coisa e, depois, a vende a outra pessoa. II - Se o promitente-comprador foi estranho a esse abuso, os efeitos do negócio produzem-se na esfera jurídica do representado, sendo este, nessa hipótese, o responsável directo pelo pagamento da indemnização resultante do não cumprimento do contrato-promessa. | ||
