This article aims to provide a global vieux of the so-called "jurisprudence of crisis" of the portuguese constitutional court, beginning by a brief presentation of the background of the crisis, then moving on to appraisal of the main traits of the jurisprudence as a whole and finally analyzing the decisions individually.
