We can foresee the future conduct of legal agents, since we know the rules of the legal system and we also know that an important part or their role is that of following those rules. But before finishing up, it is necessary to carry out a few reflections about the nature of the present essays content in what concerns the is/ought distinction. As a problem, the issue of predictibility may be located on both planes. As an epistemic problem, it is a question of being. And my position about it is that it can be resolved positively: predictibility in law is not impossible, it is on the contrary logically and empirically feasible to achieve it to a reasonable degree.
