Documentação respeitante à reunião que decorreu em Bruxelas, no dia 15 de dezembro de 2017, no âmbito do Grupo de Trabalho sobre troca de informação e proteção de dados (DAPIX) do Conselho da União Europeia / Comité Misto, presenciada pelo Sr. Inspetor-Chefe José Fernandes e da qual se destacam os seguintes documentos então analisados: " Communication from the Commission to the European Parliamant, the European Council and the Caouncil - Twelfth progress towards an effective and genuine Security Union" [COM(2017) 779 Final]; "Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliamant and the Council on establishing a framework for interoperability between EU Information Systems (borders and Visa) and amending Council Decision 2004/512/EC, Regulation (EC) n.º 767/2008, Council Decision 2008/633/JHA, Regulation (EU) 2016/399 and Regulation (EU) 2017/2226" [COM(2017) 793 Final - 2017/0351 (COD)]
