Relatório de participação na conferência "Controlled deliveries by sea - a new operational approach" do Programa Falcone, que se realizou em Cork, no sul da Irlanda, de 23 a 24 de setembro de 2002, que decorreu do seguinte modo: s1.º dia - Seminário com apresentações das delagações dos apíses participantes, no dia 23; 2.º dia - 3 workshops de nominados "To highlight the best methods for counteracting the importation of controlled drugs by boat", "To develop a knoeledge base on the methods and personnel involved in importations of controlled drugs using boats" e " To identify the unique law enforcement difficulties cencountered by the participating countries involved in the illegal importation of controlled drugs by pleasure craft."; 3.º dia - visita à base naval de Haulbwline, em Cork.
