No âmbito da 1.ª fase do Projecto CEART (Centres of Execellence in Asset Recovery and Training) , subsidiado pelo programa da UE "Prevention of and Fight against crime 2007-2013 - Call for Proposals 2009", teve lugar em Alicante , de 10 a 12 de Fevereiro de 2010, o primeiro seminário subordinado à temática "Asset Recovery and Management in the EU".
