In the time of globalization so many people are moving across borders for work reasons. Fundamental and social rights (the scope of which, thanks to the European “constitutionalization”, is the EU’s internal market) fail to reach the “new frontiers” open to global market integration. The paper deals with transnational labor mobility in the light of internationalization process of enterprise. The final part of the essay focuses on the “vulnerability” of migrant workers and the normative sources on migration in international law.
