Sex offender programmes for those who have accepted their guilt are now both widespread and considered effective in reducing the risk of reoffending. However, there are currently few resources directed at sex offenders in denial. Here, Bron Roberts and Clark Baim explain the fundamentals of an innovative pilot programme which aims to constructively address the risk posed by this group.
