In a previous edition of Probation Journal (September 1997),
Mark Griffiths and Paul Sparrow argued that computer crime seemed likely to assume more prominence for all those involved in the administration of criminal justice. Here, together with Liz Rogers, they contend that in our increasingly techological society, 'cyberstalking', a form of criminal activity which has hitherto been the preserve of science fiction, must be taken seriously if an effective response is to be formulated.
