The Author comments on how fiscal law evolved over the last 100 years. On the one hand, he seeks to show how tax law has been taught at the Coimbra Faculty of the Law as an autonomous subject matter since the 1945. Reform, which at present consist of two courses in the Licentiate Degrees and two other course in the Masters Degree. On the other hand, the Author notes how fiscal law evolved throughout those years, played by those who ensure the proper functioning of system.
