The paper deals with the relevance of legal globalization for the legal orders as a way to increase the overcoming of legal differences. In particular, the notion of legal globalization is analyzed in terms of its relationship to the process of globalization and how the legal globalization may impact on the fundamental features of the legal systems. In conclusion, the limits of legal globalization are discussed from an anthropological point of view.
