The retroactive effectiveness of nullity and annulment implies that whenever one of those are verified a liquidation relations ship occurs. On the following pages, we intend to reflect a little on the liquidation relationship that arises following the declaration of nullity or annulment of the legal transaction. By this, we see that the invalidity of this does not equal to the affirmation of its nonexistence in the factual or even in the normative perspective. After taking an argumentative course, we will take position on some, more or less complex, problematic nodes that have occupied the doctrine and jurisprudence, and we will look as personality rights trying to make these specificities relevant.
