The essay analyzes the problem of growing importance of the asymmetry between economic events and traditional national jurisdictions. This is, on one side, one of the economic globalization; and, on the other side, it's linked to european juridical integration. Three case studies are examined in the first part of the essay, while the second part identifies the guidelines for the reorganization of jurisdictions between national, supranational and international law.
