This report contains the findings of a survey of 382 children held in 21 closed institutions (policy custody, detention centres and social care institutions) in three Central Asian countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The survey was carried out by PRI together with local partner organisations and local authorities in the autumn of 2015 and is the second in a series of survey reports.
